Privacy Policy

Kitaike Unso Yugenkaisha (hereinafter "our Company") formulates the private information protection policy as follows, builds a private information protection framework, and promotes the protection of private information.

Management of private information
Our Company will strictly manage private information by taking necessary measures to improve the maintenance system of security system and implementing safety measures in order to keep the customer's private information accurate and up to date, and to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification, or divulging of those private information.
Purposes for using the private information
We will use private information entrusted to us by our customers to send e-mails and documents as a response from our company, guidance of business and questions.
Prohibition of unauthorized provision of disclosure of private information to a third party
Our company will properly manage the private information entrusted from our customers and will not disclose the private information to any third party unless it falls under any of the following:
・If there is a prior consent of the customer;
・In the case where our company discloses private information of the customer to a subcontractor to do business to provide services desired by the customer;
・When it is necessary to disclose based on laws and regulations;
Security measures for private information
In order to ensure the accuracy and safety of private information, we take all possible measures for security.
Referrals from the principal
When customers in person wish to refer , modify , delete of their private information, our company will respond to it after checking the customers’ identity.
Compliance with laws and regulations, norms and review of them
Regarding the private information we hold, our company, while complying with applicable laws and regulations of Japan and other norms, we will review the contents of this policy from time to time and make efforts to improve it.
